Current prices, availability and shipping are checked by our payment service. Your order is shown as paid only after payment is confirmed. Product and bulk-order questions can be sent through our contact page.

Size guide

Sizes use European letter labels, such as S, M, L, XL and 1XL–5XL. Fit varies by style; check any available measurements. These labels are not a numerical EU or Australian size conversion.

Size references are specific to each style. Where a readable chart is available, it opens from the Size guide link on that product page. Body measurements and flat garment measurements are labelled separately; they must not be treated as the same dimensions.

Some styles also have weight suggestions, with their original units and any stated height assumptions. Weight is a supplementary reference, not a bust or underbust measurement. If a style has no chart or confirmed size options, contact us with its style number and your fit questions.

Composition details appear where available. The colours you see can vary with lighting and your screen.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver to supported destinations in East Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North and South America, Australia and Europe. Delivery to Africa is not available. Choose your destination in the cart to check availability.

For all supported destinations, shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is AUD 59.99 or more, including orders with long styles. Below this threshold, shipping is AUD 9.95 per order, or AUD 19.95 when the order includes a designated long sleepwear or robe style.

100% discreet packaging: every order ships in plain outer packaging with no brand name or product description.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days to process, then 4–7 business days to the UK, Western Europe and Japan, or 6–10 business days to other supported destinations.
